Our services are provided personally and we can therefore be flexible. We appreciate that the needs of a small business are much different than that of a large corporate and we do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach. 

We aim to understand your business and what you want to achieve, and to provide strategic and legal guidance and practical assistance towards that goal. Whilst our emphasis is on Labour Law and Employment Relations Management, we also assist with other areas of legal compliance and governance matters.

We have successful long-term relationships with a range of businesses, from micro-enterprises to national and global coporates, as well as various national Industry Associations. We are familiar with unionised environments and have been involved in all aspects of employment relations management, including discipline, performance, restructuring and CCMA disputes. 

Our services are available on an ad hoc basis at an hourly fee, or on a retainer basis. We can also be contracted for a specific project or period. We provide advice and consultation, conduct hands-on risk assessments, assist with meetings, practical implementation, negotiations, investigations, restructuring, correspondence, chairing enquiries as well as training and litigation. We also draft contracts, policies and other legal documents.

We pride ourselves in our prompt service and our availability to our clients, as well as integrity and professionalism. We are based in Johannesburg, but are able to provide services to clients nationwide. We collaborate with high-level Human Resources- and Remuneration sepcialists when such services are required.
